Overview
We are seeking a Finance Business Analyst with a strong grounding in accounting to support UAT coordination, regulatory reporting, and financial controls for a Monaco-based client. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for a hands-on generalist who understands structured finance operations. French fluency and local payroll eligibility are required.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for financial processes and tools
- Support regulatory reporting and internal finance controls
- Assist accounting teams during year-end closure processes
- Help interpret and document financial procedures, including chart of accounts and reporting flows
- Act as a bridge between finance, operations, and systems
What You'll Bring
- Accounting background with business analysis experience
- Strong understanding of financial control and reporting cycles
- Fluency in French (mandatory)
- Experience with Avaloq and WKFS is a plus
- Must be eligible to work under a French or Monaco payroll

You will be working onsite with a Monaco-based organisation, supporting accounting and finance teams while collaborating with operations and IT to ensure accurate financial process delivery.
