Overview
We’re looking for a strategic, execution-focused Head of Product to lead the entire product function at Caledonia. You will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of financial products that are clear, compliant, and coherent. You’ll shape the methodologies, guide product managers, and own the overall experience across savings accounts, mortgages, current accounts, and future services.
This role is about turning vision into structured, customer-ready outcomes. You will oversee product consistency, regulatory alignment, and delivery velocity. If you care about how things work as much as how they feel, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the product function across Caledonia, including hiring, coaching, and managing product managers
- Define and implement product methodologies that ensure consistency, compliance, and customer value
- Own the full lifecycle of our financial products, from market research and discovery through to delivery and iteration
- Align product features and flows with regulatory requirements, legal constraints, and operational realities
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, compliance, legal, and operations to deliver unified product experiences
- Build and maintain a product roadmap that reflects strategic priorities and user needs
- Ensure that every product we create reinforces Caledonia’s mission and values
What You'll Bring
- 8 or more years of experience in product leadership, preferably in financial services or fintech
- Proven ability to lead and grow product teams in fast-moving environments
- Experience building products in regulated sectors, with deep understanding of legal and compliance workflows
- Strong grasp of both strategic product thinking and hands-on product execution
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to represent the product function at executive and board level
- A structured, outcome-driven approach with the flexibility to adapt when required
- Passion for building products that work for real people, not just PowerPoint slides

Who You’ll Work With
This role reports directly to the COO and works closely with the CEO, legal, compliance, engineering, and design teams. You will be leading the full product management discipline from the ground up.
